Assalamualaikum.
Salam Sejahtera Untuk Kita Semua Sobat …

Setelah bermain-main dengan LCD display, mari saatnya kita bermain-main dengan aktuator alias penggerak yakni motor DC. Yaps, pada kesempatan kali ini NP akan memberikan tutorial bagaimana cara membuat speed control alias pengatur kecepatan motor dc.

Kali ini NP akan menerapkan teknik PWM untuk mengatur kecepatan dc motor tersebut. Sebagaimana pada tutorial di PDF, yaitu mengatur kecerahan lampu LED dengan teknik PWM. Hanya saja kali ini kita terapkan teknik tersebut pada motor dc. Bagi yang belum paham tentang PWM, monggo search aja di Google atau monggo download dan pelajari PDF di artikel berikut ini :

Nah berikut komponen yang perlu dipersiapkan :

  1. Arduino (UNO atau tipe lain)
  2. Modul driver motor L298N(pakai yang lain juga bisa asal cocok)
  3. Dua buah tombol push button
  4. kabel jumper secukupnya
  5. Baterai 9V
  6. LCD 16×2 (opsional)

Dan berikut ini sketch programnya di Arduino :

Yaps, fungsi dari program ini yakni kita dapat mengatur kecepatan motor dc melalui dua tombol push button tersebut seperti kita menambah dan mengurangi volume pada remote televisi. Jika salah satu push button ditekan-tekan terus, maka kecepatan motor dc akan berkurang, dan jika tombol push button lain ditekan, maka kecepatannya akan bertambah. Sama persis kok saat sampean menambah dan mengurangi volume pada remote televisi 🙂 .

Oh iya, sebagai opsional kita bisa menambahkan LCD 16×2 untuk mengetahui persen kecepatan yang dijalankan pada motor dc. Kalau nggak ada LCD ya bisa dilihat di serial monitor kok sob, jadi LCD nya opsional saja 😀 .
